Major international exchanges have removed tokens from exchanges if they illegally sold ICOs. Or they will have to pay a huge fine to not violate securities laws. It is very difficult for SOY-Finance to have a future where we can sponsor and list tokens on international exchanges.


In the past SOY-Finance sold ICO, and the project collapsed. Therefore, we will propose new policies and new directions for the project.

2 Vote SLOTH-Finance project is a 100% new project with a white paper restoring the SOY-Finance project and Airdrop SLOFI-Token for the SOY-Finance community. The project will not sell ICO. 100% Decentralized, the treasury is transferred to the community to manage, policies put forward to the community will be participated and voted on if they own SLOFI-token. Total supply and airdrop policy, we will ask CLOe to come up with new policies to protect community assets, and in which if the fund and CLOe own 20% of the total supply of SOY-Token, they are only allowed to own 20% SLOFI-Token. We will check if and will intervene if the community loses benefits and issues the total supply of SLOFI-Token inappropriately.

Previously tokens like Shiba-inu were listed on SOY-Finance exchange and the community had a huge liquidity and trading but immediately the developer team removed SHiba-inu from the farm list and replaced it. Continuous changes create policies that cause projects to lose value. In the near future we will announce the name of the policy maker so the community knows who they are.
