Directly transfer SLOFI Token to community wallet at new SOY Token minting block

In the past at block 14,186,359, the developer minted new SOY-Token. So on behalf of the community, we propose to take the SOY-Token balance at block 14,286,359 and take a screenshot. Then directly transfer SLOFI token to community wallet at the rate of 10000 SOY = 1 SLOFI



Another question is whether the new contract of SLOFI token is 100% decentralized and does the developer have the right to mint new SLOFI token? Therefore, the developer must convert the contract to multi-signature and must have at least 8 to 12 members.
