In the future, Callisto will establish a decentralized treasury controlled by the community, and expenditures will be transparent. The treasury is currently under the control of Dexaran and Yohan Graterol. Currently, Callisto Enterprise is a member replacing Yohan Graterol to sponsor the project.

Old treasury: If the treasury has 100 million CLO coins, Small Marine would like to propose 40% of 40 million CLO coins to be donated to the founder of Dexaran, 40% of the treasury to be donated to the business Callisto EnterPrise. This is the amount of money from the treasury that they deserve because they have made great contributions and sponsored the project in the past. They can sell or Cold-Stake to receive rewards to compensate for their losses. And every month, members who contribute to the project will also receive salaries from the new treasury. We will also propose that when they retire they will receive pensions as well as their future health insurance and this money will come from the new treasury.

The remaining 20% of the old treasury will go to the new treasury, and 100% of the rewards from the old treasury will go to the new community-controlled treasury. And the project has only one treasury controlled by the community.
