Policy- Callisto Network

As an investor since 2019, but I don't know who makes the policies and who votes for those policies, so I propose to establish a decentralized council and when All policies will be made transparent and the community will be able to participate in the voting. All policies put in place need to prioritize protecting the community. If you find that the policy is not good for the community project, you can object and vote "No" to oppose the policy.
